Lakme Eyeconic Kajal Green Review
I have exciting news for you all gorgeous around. The new launch from lakme has arrived, heard of lakme eyechonic kajal; it’s a big hit in market, coming in 5 interesting shade. I am going to review one out of these 5 shades – lakme Eyeconic kajal which is in shade green. Super excited to review cause I love this shade.
Rs. 250 for 0.35gm (All shades comes in same price)
- 10hr. no smudge.
- Dermatologically tested.
How to use:
- On the upper lid, draw a neat stroke, starting from the inner corner of the eye and extending outwards.
- Repeat on lower lid.
The lakme Eyeconik kajal green comes in a retractable pencil so there is no need to sharpen it again and again which saves lot of product from getting wasted. Its cap fits tightly which makes the pencil travel friendly. The pencil has a shade name written at the bottom which helps to recognize the shade of pencil but I think the pencil should be color coded pencil like that of lakme eyeconic kajal white, it would have made the shade recognition easier.
I love the shade, it is not actually a green color but it is in deep green color with teel undertones. It looks really pretty on eyes. I can wear it both during day and night as it is a matte kajal and does not have any shimmers in it. I think this color will suit most Indian skin tone beauties.
Texture and Pigmentation:
The kajal has a very creamy texture, while applying it does not tug the eye but it is not too much creamy so does not break during the application. It gives a good color payoff in only one stroke but the color can be build to get a desired opaque finish.
Lakme says that it is smudge proof and waterproof and yes it really is. 🙂 It stays on my upper lash line for whole day without smudging, and on my waterline it stays for about 3-4 hours which I think is pretty descent. It is also waterproof I have tested it, as I splashed water on my face but the kajal remained as it is.
My likes and dislikes about lakme Eyeckonic Kajal Green
- Awesome staying power.
- Smudge proof
- Shade is really eye catchy.
- Kajal comes in a nice sleek pencil.
- The pencil is a retractable pencil so there is no need to sharpen it again and again.
- Glides smoothly.
- Gives good color payoff in just one stroke.
- Does not tug the eye.
- Very affordable.
- Does not have a color coded pencil like that of white lakme eyechonic kajal, which makes slightly difficult to identify the shade.
At such an affordable price it is an amazing colored kajal which comes in sleek retractable pencil. It has a nice dark green shade with teel undertones. It does not tug the eyes and glides on like a dream. It has amazing staying power. Girls who love to wear colored eyeliners and kajal should definitely give Lakme Eyeconic Kajal Green a try.
