Shade Berry Bomb – Maybelline Baby Lips Electro Pop Review and Swatches
Today I am going to review a lip balm from Maybelline Baby Lips Electro Pop Collection. This range includes four different shades – Oh Orange, Fierce N Tangy, Pink Shock and Berry Bomb. I wanted to buy Pink Shock but as it was not available in the shop so I picked shade Berry Bomb for myself.
Price: Rs.165/- for 3.5 g.
Shelf life: 36 months.
What the product says:
My Experience with Maybelline Baby Lips in Shade Berry Bomb
This lip balm comes in a nice twist up packaging whose cap closes with a click sound, so it is very travel friendly and easy to use. First of all when I saw the shade I was like Whoah! It’s way too dark, but when I applied it, it was a nice sheer shade with a very light hint of purple in it. I absolutely love the shade, it brightens up my face and gives me nice healthy looking lips. The shade is very sheer so the purplish tint will not be shown on very dark pigmented lips.
It has nice fruity fragrance which is not at all overpowering, it glides on lips easily like a butter and moisturizes them really very well as it has a goodness of shea butter and vitamin E in it. After applying this lip balm my lips feel moisturized for good 2 hours. It feels light on lips and does not gives any heavy or sticky feeling even if layered. I apply this lip balm under my lipstick too and it does not changes shade of my lipstick nor make the lipstick bleed.
Overall I would say that it is an awesome lip balm which I love. It’s a lip balm with moisturizing qualities and beautiful tint both together, isn’t it a dream come true for us girls? 😀
